Read along.

Revelation 21:4 — 'He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.'

Notice the image. God himself, wiping tears. Not from a throne, at a distance. Up close, with his own hand. The God who saw every tear in this life is the God who removes them in the next.

Then the list: death, mourning, crying, pain. He doesn't skip the small things. Even the daily ache — gone.

'The former things have passed away.' The old order — the world where loss is the constant — is over. A new order takes its place.

If you're in a season of weeping, hold onto this verse. The tears are seen. They are counted. And one day, by his own hand, they will be wiped away.
