Read along.

Job is sitting in ashes. His children are dead. His body is covered in sores. His friends are bad at comforting. And out of his mouth comes one of the most stunning sentences in the Bible.

'I know that my Redeemer lives, and at the last he will stand upon the earth.'

He doesn't say he understands. He doesn't say he feels it. He says he knows.

A living Redeemer is the floor under any pit. Even Job's. Even yours.
