2 Corinthians 12:9 — 'But he said to me, My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' This is God's answer to Paul's most desperate prayer.

Paul had some kind of 'thorn in the flesh.' He prayed three times for God to remove it. God's answer? No. But he gave Paul something better: 'My grace is sufficient for you.'

'Sufficient' means enough. Full. Complete. Not 'grace plus something else.' Just grace. God's empowering presence is all Paul needed.

And then the twist: 'My power is made perfect in weakness.' Your weakness isn't a obstacle to God's power. It's the stage where his power performs best. That's the gospel paradox. When you're weak, he's strong. And that's enough.
