Matthew 6:33 — 'But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.'
Jesus has just spent twenty verses talking about anxiety — food, clothes, tomorrow. Then he lands here. Seek first. Order matters.
The kingdom is wherever God's will gets done. Seeking it first means asking, in every decision: where is God already moving here, and how do I join him?
'All these things' refers back to the daily needs. Jesus isn't saying needs don't matter. He's saying they don't lead. They follow.
Added is a quiet word. Not dumped on you. Not delivered instantly. Added — at the right time, in the right amount, while you were busy with the kingdom.
