Malachi 3:10 — 'Bring the full tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. And thereby put me to the test, says the Lord of hosts, if I will not open the windows of heaven for you and pour down for you a blessing until there is no more need.' This is the only place in the Bible where God says 'test me.'

Israel had been withholding tithes. The temple was underfunded. The priests were struggling. And God says: stop robbing me. Bring the whole tithe. And watch what happens.

'Put me to the test.' Everywhere else, God says don't test me. Here, he invites it. Why? Because generosity is where faith becomes tangible. You can say you trust God. But do you trust him with your money? That's the test.

'Open the windows of heaven.' This is the picture of abundance. Rain, harvest, provision — pouring down so heavily you can't contain it. That's the promise. Not a little extra. Overflow.

The condition is simple: bring the full tithe. Not partial. Not when it's convenient. The whole thing. And the result is guaranteed. God says he wants his people to experience this. He wants them to see that he keeps his word.
