Three commands. Stacked. Tight. Paul doesn't soften them.
'Rejoice always' isn't fake cheer. Joy in the Bible is grounded in who God is, not what's happening to you. You can rejoice and grieve at the same time.
'Pray without ceasing' isn't a marathon prayer session. It's a running conversation, a posture of awareness that God is here, all day.
'Give thanks in all circumstances' — not for all circumstances, but in them. Gratitude is the lens that keeps you sane.
