Quietness and trust — that's where strength lives. Not in noise. Not in hustle.
The verse ends with a sad line: 'But you were unwilling.' Israel preferred chariots and alliances.
We do too. We'd rather grind than be still. But strength was always there, in the quiet, waiting for us to come home.
