Be strong and courageous — because of who's with you.
God said it to Joshua right after Moses died. The courage isn't self-generated. It's borrowed.

Moses had just died. The man who'd led Israel out of Egypt, parted the sea, and carried the Law down a mountain. Now Joshua is supposed to take over. Imagine that handoff.
Three times in Joshua 1, God says, 'Be strong and courageous.' Once because of the task, once because of the people, once because of the future. He keeps saying it because Joshua keeps needing to hear it.
And then the reason: 'Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.'
Notice God doesn't tell Joshua to manufacture courage out of thin air. The courage comes from a fact — not a feeling. You are not alone.
Whatever you're stepping into this week, the source of courage hasn't changed. The Lord your God is with you wherever you go.
