Joshua 24:15 — 'Choose this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your fathers served in the region beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.' This is Joshua's mic-drop moment.

'Choose this day' — not choose once and you're done. Every day is a choice. Every morning is a new opportunity to decide whom you will serve. The gods of success, comfort, approval, or the Lord.

Joshua doesn't just issue the challenge. He answers it personally. 'As for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.' That's leadership by example. He's not asking Israel to do something he hasn't already decided.

The choice is still in front of you today. Not as a threat. As an invitation. Who will you serve? Joshua already showed us the best answer.
