Romans 12:12 — 'Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer.'
Rejoice in hope. Christian joy isn't naive. It's fueled by what's coming. The new heavens, the new earth, the new you. Hope makes today's joy possible.
Patient in tribulation. Paul assumes tribulation. He doesn't promise its absence. He commands the way you stay in it — patient, not panicked.
Constant in prayer. Constant is the key. Not crisis prayer when it all breaks. Habit prayer. The kind that becomes a second nervous system.
Three short habits. Try one for a week. Then add the next. Lives are made of small commitments practiced over time.
