Matthew 19:26 is Jesus' answer to a seemingly impossible situation: 'With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.'
The context matters. A rich young man has just walked away from Jesus, unable to give up his possessions. The disciples are stunned. They assumed wealth was a sign of blessing. If the rich can't be saved, who can?
Jesus looks at them and says: 'With man this is impossible.' Human effort, human goodness, human achievement — none of it can bridge the gap between a sinner and a holy God. The problem is too big for us.
'But with God all things are possible.' The same God who spoke the universe into existence can speak new life into a dead heart. Salvation isn't a human project. It's a divine miracle.
This doesn't mean God will give you anything you ask for. It means what is impossible for humans — reconciliation with God, transformation of character, eternal life — is possible for him. And that's enough.
