Count others more significant than yourselves.

Philippians 2:3-4: 'Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.'

Selfish ambition — climbing on people. Conceit — empty glory. Both ruled out.

Instead: humility that genuinely considers others more important.

Look to their interests. Notice what they need.

This isn't fake self-deprecation. It's a way of seeing other people.
