Psalm 121 is one of fifteen 'Songs of Ascents' — short psalms sung by pilgrims climbing the road up to Jerusalem for the festivals.
It opens with: 'I lift up my eyes to the hills. From where does my help come?' Then the answer: 'My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth.'
Notice he doesn't say the hills are his help. The hills could shelter bandits as easily as friends. He looks past the hills, past the journey itself, to the God who made all of it.
It's a song for people on the move. If your life right now feels more like the road than the destination, this is your psalm.
