Psalm 34 has one of the gentlest verses in the Bible: 'The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit.'
David wrote it after one of the lowest points in his life — pretending to be insane to escape being killed by an enemy king. He knew what crushed in spirit meant.
Notice who God draws near to. Not the most spiritually together. Not the loudest worshipers. The ones whose hearts are broken.
If you've been hiding your breaking because you assumed God only shows up for the strong — read it again. He's actually closer to you when you're undone than when you've got it together.
