'He will wipe away every tear from their eyes.' Notice he doesn't delegate it. The God of the universe leans down and personally wipes.
'Every tear.' Not the ones that seem worthy. All of them. The ones you cried alone. The ones you hid. The ones you forgot.
'Death shall be no more.' The last enemy, defeated. 'Neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore.' The whole cluster of suffering — gone.
'The former things have passed away.' Whatever you're carrying right now has an expiration date. It belongs to the old order. A new world is coming.
